Refund policy
At Stay Wild Western Co., each item is made to order. Due to this we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyers remorse.
Damaged or Defective iItems
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at staywildwesternco@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery notification so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
Incorrect size ordered
Color variations due to screen differences
Normal wear and tear
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
