All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. This timeframe allows for production, quality checks, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays. 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotional periods. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stay Wild Western Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Stay Wild Western Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can assist with a claim or replacement when applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, Stay Wild Western Co. ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
